I have kipped my first, second and third pull-ups!!!! NO bANDS! They were ugly and I kind of had to kick myself up there, but that is way better than I anticipated.

I ended up going out for dinner yesterday, so I made the Paleo Hot Wings for lunch. Overall it was a good recipe. It was also very simply, so it would have been hard to mess up. One good note for myself (for later): cook the wings longer. In my oven, 45 minutes was not long enough to get the skin crispy.
